Ships from Melbourne in 2-3 weeks. Free over A$400, otherwise A$15. 30-day returns on unworn jackets.
Delivery times
Jackets are made in batches in Yangon, flown to Melbourne and checked by us before they ship. Allow 15 to 21 days from order to dispatch, then the Australia Post transit time for your address. We email tracking the day your jacket ships.

Returns

- A$12, deducted from your refund. We email a prepaid label.

Faulty items
If a jacket arrives with a fault, the Australian Consumer Law applies. For a major fault you can choose a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we pay the return postage. This is separate from the 30-day change-of-mind window and covers a reasonable period of use.
Send us a photo of the fault and your order reference and we will reply within 1 business day.
